Freebeat license
Summary of the freebeat usage agreement. The full license is sent as a PDF by email after download. The PDF contains the German original (binding) and an English translation in the same file.

§ 1 – Subject
Non-exclusive license to use an instrumental beat with a voice tag (freebeat) of Joshua Hahn alias Kid Patron.
§ 2 – License
You may use the beat for your own songs, including commercially, if you comply with collecting-society duties. The beat is not exclusive and may still be offered to others.
§ 3 – Voice tag (mandatory)
The voice tag must not be removed, covered or changed. You receive a tagged WAV file.
§ 4 – Credit
You must name the licensor as producer in all releases, credits, metadata and on streaming platforms. At least: “Produced by Kid Patron” or “Prod. by Kid Patron”.
§ 5 – Collecting societies
The licensor is a GEMA member and will register the beat as composer. Split: composer 50% / lyricist 50% if you add lyrics; otherwise 100% composer. The download itself is not reported. When you register the finished work, list the licensor’s GEMA/IPI details. Register with GEMA if you are a GEMA member; if you are abroad, with your local sister society using the same IPI data.
§ 6–9 – Breach, forbidden use, copyright
Removing the tag, reselling the beat as an instrumental or using it without producer credit is forbidden. Copyright stays with Joshua Hahn alias Kid Patron. If you are not a member of GEMA or a comparable society and generate no reportable income, the registration duty does not apply until that changes. The credit duty always applies. The German original in the PDF prevails.
